Joseph L. Williams is a college graduate from Evangel University with a Bachelors in Broadcasting and a Minor in Biblical Studies currently residing in Springfield, MO.

 

He has produced and shot for many church services and a few projects for his courses at Evangel. His recent project is assisting with the new EU Film “Electrolyte” as a production assistant which includes; camera work, equipment, and producing a radio spot for the upcoming film. Also, another recent project from 2014 is a short video biography in collaboration with Evangel Student Kevin Gonzales. This biography includes a short history of Elder T.J Appleby a local pastor of Sanctuary of Praise Church of God in Christ in Springfield, MO.

 

Williams has also helped produce a student film in his Video Production course that captured the lives of many people from different ages, genders and walks of life. It includes each person answering questions about life and what they have to say. Showing that everyone has a different opinion on general questions.

 

His past projects also include a few Features and stories from his News Broadcast course, capturing stories of students, faculty and staff on campus. Also an early short silent film he helped produce along with two students called an “Easy Way Out.”

 

In 2015, Elder Williams was awarded a certificate of recognition from the Illinois House of Representatives for inspiring his community and service in ministry as a young ordained preacher.
